If your item weighs 1kg (2.2lb) or less and is being shipped to any of the following countries, shipping is free!

- Hong Kong
- New Zealand
- United States
All items have their shipping status clearly stated, we always strive to be completely transparent when it comes to any additional charges. If you do select an item which incurs a shipping fee and are dissatisfied, you are always able to opt out or cancel before entering your payment details.
Regular shipping rates will apply for all countries NOT listed in the free shipping section above and/or if your item weighs more than 1kg (2.2lb) and/or has large dimensions. Shipping rates will be stated on their corresponding product pages.
How long will it take to ship my item? I wan't it now already!
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. We work closely with suppliers and manufacturers from around the world, and do everything we can to keep shipping times to a minimum.
Orders are generally processed within 1 - 3 business days but in some cases during high demand times it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch your order. You will receive two initial notifications during the processing stage, (1) when your order is placed and (2) when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times are displayed on their corresponding product pages and are displayed as an approximate range. For example, 3 - 5 days or 12 - 21 days etc. These are not absolute delivery times, they are average times based on the current postal data available to us. The shipping times stated are based on the days of operation or (business days) of the postal service/s involved in delivering a particular item, so would not include Sunday as a delivery day. Please be aware that this may effect you delivery times as not all postal services operate the same working week. In most cases it is common for a postal service to run a six day week from Monday to Saturday. This may not be the case in your location so we advise you to check with your local postal service.
Shipping times are calculated from the time of dispatch NOT the time of purchase. Please take into consideration the processing time of your order when calculating approximate shipping times.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order fails to arrive within 30 days from dispatch or 10 days from maximum estimated time, please don't hesitate to report it our customer support team. Once your report has been reviewed, we can have the item re-delivered at no extra charge or process a refund for the amount of the item in question.
What if my item is damaged or broken?
If the item you ordered arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo or video of the damaged/broken item for review by our support team. Once approved we can have the item re-delivered at no extra charge or process a refund for the amount of the item in question.
What if the item I received is not what I ordered?
If the item you received is not the same as the item on your order, please take a photo or video of the damaged/broken item for review by our support team. Once approved we can have the item re-delivered at no extra charge or process a refund for the amount of the item in question.
